a leadership operating system with an embedded AI assistant

What if a leadership team’s priorities, scorecards and issues could keep themselves current?

A business operating system for senior-care leadership teams: vision, accountability chart, weekly scorecards, priorities, issues, processes and a knowledge base — with Olga, an assistant that answers from the organisation’s own data and drafts entries conversationally. I built it from the first commit to production.

Geriatric Care Solution

an AI-assisted care platform and printable-activity engine

What if care teams could create personalised activities for older adults from one platform?

A production Next.js platform for older-adult care: personalised printable activities (CarePrints), family engagement tools, e-books and memoir workflows, subscriptions and admin operations. Over fourteen months I worked mostly on the activity engine — the generators, editors and export pipelines behind the product’s core.

a project-aware verification gate for AI coding agents

What if a coding agent had to pass the project’s own checks before it could say “done”?

An open-source extension for the π coding agent. It detects any repository’s stack, commands, conventions and instruction files, injects them as a stable system-prompt section, then runs the project’s own typecheck, lint, tests and build after every agent turn — with a bounded self-repair loop and a review of the agent’s diff. It never writes into the repository.

Anaya Care

AI-generated activities that respect the care plan

What if one care plan could turn into printable, person-specific activities — safely?

A home-care management platform where the day’s tasks, meals, activities and what the family sees all flow from one care plan. I own the activity-generation side: AI-produced worksheets and crafts that read the care record before they draw anything, rendered through a shared activity engine.

About

The longer version

I’m a full-stack engineer from Mindanao. For the last year I’ve worked on software for people who care for other people: a care platform for older adults and the printable-activity engine behind it, a home-care agency’s AI-generated activities, and a nutrition practice’s reporting and compliance layer. In between, I built RunOlga — a leadership operating system with an embedded AI assistant — on my own, from the first commit to production.

I like the parts of engineering where correctness is felt by a person: an answer key that is actually right, a report an auditor can trust, a tenant boundary that holds. That is also why I wrote pi-project-profile, an open-source extension that makes AI coding agents pass a project’s own checks before they claim to be done.

Outside of work I read philosophy and psychology — trying to understand how we think, why we choose what we choose, and what it means to make things that matter. My projects tend to start with a question about people and end with a practical system.
