Solo build — 91 of 95 commits, June to August 2026

• Set up a Turborepo monorepo — Next.js web app on Vercel, NestJS API on Railway, shared packages for contracts, database, UI and config — with GitHub Actions running lint as a required gate and path-filtered deploys on push.
• Built multi-tenant isolation on PostgreSQL row-level security: the API runs as a restricted database role and binds the tenant on every request, and org isolation is proven against a real Postgres in CI on every pull request.
• Implemented identity with Better Auth — the web app mints JWTs, the API verifies them through JWKS, and a BFF proxy lets the UI call the API as the signed-in user — plus email verification and password reset through Resend, failed sign-in auditing, security headers and per-user throttling.

• Built activity generators for the printable-activity engine — rectangular, circular (with inner holes and a centre start) and triangular mazes, riddles with smart font sizing, word grids, picture memory cards, nostalgic photo cards, memory-lane trivia and Words of Comfort — each with customisation sidebars, SVG preview and PDF/PNG export.
• Built the Stories2Connect canvas editor with dual-version export and answer toggles, and the backend PDF generation pipeline used across activity types.
• Prototyped the AI e-book generator with user/AI segment control, and shipped AI-assisted generation with OpenAI and Google Gemini for activities, images and structured content.

• Read-only detection across Node/TypeScript (npm, pnpm, yarn, bun, workspaces, Turborepo, Nx), Rust, Go, Python, JVM, .NET, Swift, PHP, Elixir, Dart/Flutter, C/C++, Zig and more — plus Makefile/justfile targets, CI configs and docker-compose services.
• Verification tiers (syntax → typecheck → lint → test → build) with narrowed runs — vitest related, jest --findRelatedTests, cargo test -p, go test ./pkg — parallel read-only checks, and a pre-existing-failure baseline so the agent is never blamed for a repo that was already red.
• A diff review that flags added suppressions, skipped or focused tests, stubs, loosened configs, leaked secrets, unignored .env files and stale lockfiles.

Team of four · my area: activity generation (~140 commits)

• Built generation for paint-by-numbers, spot-the-difference, find-what’s-missing, bingo, counting and odd-one-out sheets, 365 Days, Care Crafter, Culinary Crafts, Timeless Treasures and Memory & Reading — each with typed parameters, bounds and demand profiles in the shared package.
• Made generation care-aware: food and allergen limits come from the care record, an NPO (nothing-by-mouth) check removes food from crafts and games, and allergen-derived materials are excluded.
• Pixel-accurate answer keys — spot-the-difference and find-what’s-missing markers located from a drawn grid and measured in the picture’s own pixels — and a browser-side paint-by-numbers processor that works from an uploaded photo instead of the image model.

• Designed the reports system — fifteen report families over a 46-KPI registry with per-KPI allowed roles enforced server-side, scope resolution that returns 403 before any SQL runs, Manila-time period presets, and PDF export through Gotenberg that writes an audit-log row and a hash per export.
• Built the reports UI: a catalogue derived from shared contracts, one chart per report family, auto-applied filters, a methodology panel, sparklines and an accessibility pass.
• Built the auditor review runtime — a bundle-level review state machine, CASL permissions, approval gates on Diet Rx visibility and cycle saves, and review queue and detail pages wired to the live API.
